Anna is an experienced project manager and senior leader with extensive background in business strategy and international development. In her most recent role as Director of Global Programs at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), a non-profit affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, she managed a portfolio of programs spanning emerging and frontier markets focused on public-private dialogue, business integrity, and strengthening transparent entrepreneurship ecosystems.
Anna’s expertise with private sector organizations includes capacity building, anti-corruption compliance, and policy advocacy. Anna has authored and contributed to numerous publications addressing key economic and geopolitical challenges around the world, including A Framework for Constructive Capital: Investment, Integrity, Impact developed in partnership with the Oxford Analytica Foundation. In prior roles, she worked as a business consultant in Central Europe and in the U.S. She has also served as a member of Business at OECD and several B20 taskforces, helping shape global policy priorities and recommendations in areas ranging from education and employment to digital transformation.
Anna holds a Master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and MBA from George Mason University, and is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I).
